Steve Webster heads up a talented kitchen with a comprehensive menu served 7 days a week between 11am and 10pm. Try the pan fried crab cake flavoured with dill and roasted red pepper mayonnaise, rocket and watercress salad.  Follow that with rump of Cotswold lamb, marinated with shallot, garlic and rosemary, green beans and red wine sauce and to finish try our original recipe Banoffie pie. Christophe and Nick have added 3 acres of ancient orchards, wood and land close to the Old Fleece where they are experimenting with raising animals, beginning a kitchen garden and trying their hand at apple chutney, juice and crumbles in the Autumn. Watch out for our home grown products!

Congratulations to Ollie Beardsley who has become the youngest licensee in the entire UK! Ollie was born at the Old Fleece in 1994 and, after passing his exams whilst still 17, has now become a licensee.
